chocolate or vanilla what do i prefer

Some like it hot, some like it cold, some like it the pot nine days old.

This is what we heard about the peas porridge but for me its chocolate all the way.

Chocolate is Theobroma the food of Gods who are we lesser mortals to refute. From Mayan civilization to the modern world chocolate has piggy backed the spaniyard.

Chocolate puddings, black forest cakes, bitter chocolate, chocolate in my milk.

Chocolate has also made its way into Indian food like Kheer and Halwa. The other day my cousin tried it in a ladoo.

My all time favorite is the Spanish chocolate.

To make one helping of Spanish chocolate

1 cup i.e. 100ml of milk

1 tsp corn flour

1 ½ tablespoon of cocoa

2 tsp of sugar or adjust to taste and the amount of sweetener in the cocoa.

A pinch of coffee or rum.

Method

Put the milk to boil, then add the other ingredients one by one, stir till it boils then pour it to a large mug and sip it hot with taco’s to go.
