Now for a gory confession, I do not read the news, and particularly avoid newspaper. If I do I start with the utility updates, events in town, health update then discard the newspaper.

But some habits die hard, like glancing at the headlines with the morning coffee, I still do it, immaterial of how old the newspaper at hand is.
