the dictionary calls doodling as scribbling aimlessly.But to me it is as natural as breathing! Of course I leave behind these things everywhere it is a bit embarrassing to explain it.
The psychiatrist Dr.Burns explains it so beautifully, and he claims they are meaningful.

For me it is a way to dip into the unconscious at will! Particularly the Benzene ring, it tends to provide answers when I am stuck.
