Dreams get you into the future and add excitement to the present~Robert Conklin
What was the last thing that I was excited about?
In another life time. Right now, I am feeling numb, time of courses passes better, I eat less, do fewer things good or bad and world’s a better place for it.
But there was time when I felt blood burning in all my veins like fire in all the branches and twigs of me, unfortunately it turned into reality! Like the crashing of the sea waves on the rocks.
This noun, whose synonyms are action, activity, adventure, agitation, animation, bother, confusion, disturbance, drama hullabaloo whatever and antonyms apathy, boredom, calm and calmness seem to have taken a short holiday from my life.
To quote Kevin Nealon –if people cannot deal with their problems they numb themselves a little bit. How true.
When excitement when combined with inspiration, motivation and a pinch of creativity is called enthusiasm, and very enthusiastically I wrote a novel for NaNoWrMn, that was a mild tingle of energy. As Annie Dillard observed—every book has an intrinsic impossibility which its writer discovers as soon as his first excitement dwindles, and here I am, trying to come back to life.
After all to quote Irwin Wallace every man can transform the world from one of monotony and drabness to one of excitement.
