The Mystic journey

I am on a mythical journey to a mystic metaphysical land does that make me spiritual?

would I describe myself as spiritual ,religious or something esle.

Interesting.

I would think all these emerge from 3 fundamental reactions to adversity when the nomadic life tamed down to domesticity.

Fight — rituals,rituals, and justification which forms the base of religion. and Relgious beliefs.

Flight — a monastic ideology seeking alternates, this is less tumuluous reality

Freeze — submitting to an highter power that then guides ones destiny.

So where do I figure. probably a bit of all. But the path being what we call as Jnana, that seeks, then rituals would be meaningless since they do not surrender.

I believe not in the temple and the blind rituals that they proscribe. Yet some of them do make sense.

Submitting to an higher power would redeem us of responsibility we might choose to call it God.

Oscillating between these, between myth and reality one devolops monastic detachment. I guess that is what we finally end with.

The something else to be part of the infinte energy of nature, and to realize that we are empowered by the very same magic.

After all these are subjective, intuitive and infinite realities. That defy logic. with all the emphasis we place on logic and rational life is irrational.

So are we all living a Myth?
