Inox~ impossible
A day off during the midweek..
The kids decided to see golmaal 3. It was to be a family outing. At the Inox. If it was not such a pain to sue someone I would sue the owners of Inox.
I don’t want to attempt a review of the movie which was terrible, loud, crude and a disjointed version of those comedy circuses that Rohit shetty judges.
Anyway since I am a minority I am forced to go along to the theatre.
Stage one was booking the tickets, online or telephonic. Online added ugly service tax so we decided to call. No one picked up the telephone till 4.30 so much for global professionalism.
The movie was to start at 5.15 a beautiful board was put requesting us to wait till the housekeeping was done. Fair enough, at 5.30 the doors open and waft of stale air, linger sweat smell either Inox does not know what or it thinks that the customers are not worth it.
Carrying your own water bottle is not allowed, try buying the bottled ones, the normal Rs.12/- bottle is priced at Rs.15/-
The restrooms stink; there were two cabins that were not even cleaned.
When inox claims to give you an experience is that what they mean, lack of punctuality and cleanliness at on sinfully high cost.
Maybe they are just trying to ensure that people refrain from visiting the inox so that their intellectual, physical and financial health is maintained.
Alternately they could change the name Inox to Itox.
