How do I tackle sleeplessness? Bad question to ask a person who deals with sleep apnea.
Sleep is absolutely necessary for the body for repair and rejuvenation. Sleeplessness could be physiological, psychological whatever.
Difficulty in falling asleep is something I had during my younger days, now I seem to overcome it.
Some methods that have not failed me so far is focusing on a dark spot, keeping the room at twenty seven degree temperature and keeping something on my feet, it has to be something of light weight.
