Daylight Saving Time

Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Alternately eat worms it depends on your point of view.

Of course daylight saving is essential.

I really did not have to deliberate as I am naturally up about an hour before dawn, so when I turn functional it is daybreak I can do away with the lights or whatever.

Turning in an hour early is of course useful.

But one is an biological owl then i think a compromise should be worked.
