What does the word charisma evoke?
The dictionary defines it as
1 : a personal magic of leadership arousing special popular loyalty or enthusiasm for a public figure (as a political leader)
2 : a special magnetic charm or appeal <the charisma of a popular actor>
Many people believe that it is a gift either one is born with. To me charisma is an inspiring persona, and that is recreate-able. This is proved by a research done by the university of Lausanne. 12 tactics are regularly demonstrated by charismatic leaders. Of these 12 tactics 9 are verbal and 3 non verbal.
