Thank for the music and the song I sing.

Some people wake up drowsy. Some people wake up energized. I wake up dead. And being dead.  Waking up begins with saying am and now. That which has awoken then lies for while staring up at the ceiling and down into itself until it has recognized I, and there from deduce I am, I am, now. Here comes the next and is at least negatively reassuring because here this morning where it is expected to find itself what’s called at home.

Music is a major requirement and it tends to weave into various chores of the day. Like the affirmations that I start with

Then comes my own guided meditation…

Steaming cup of coffee that brews truly wakens me up. It then the wellness routine…  I follow it up with my own routine with Allu Arjun and Anushka…

I am often asked how do I things, maybe I am cheating on something. But I can do a lot of stuff, because I work in my space.  There are rules and regulations that are handed to me, and I don’t necessarily practise. The belief is rules and routines and clean hands and your p’s and q’s will make everything all right. Well buddy they really haven’t a clue. If one follows the classical pattern you are understanding the routine and the tradition and the shadow you do not really understand yourself. Then you need to break the tradition and rebel, I do so quite often with this.

Another song on my playlist is dedicated to my intrinsic need to rebel and the social pressure of fitting into being a good mommy… my grandmother told me people always worried too much about their children. Suffering when you’re young is good for you, she said. It immunizes your body and soul and that is why she thought kids who cried should be ignored for a while and it would make them stronger and more creative. Fussing according to her was a positive reinforcement of a negative behaviour. …

No one who cooks, cooks alone, even at my most solitary, as I cook in my kitchen I am surrounded by generations of past cooks, their advices, menus of cooks of today, wisdom from cookbook writers and music from chittibabu

When the chores are done, a strong cup of tea that brings normalcy and freshness to that energizes to face the rest of the day, I mean who would deny that when I am sipping tea in my tearoom, I am swallowing the whole universe with it and that this very moment of lifting the cup to my lips is eternity itself transcending time and space…. this also calls for the universal vibration we can choose to call the nadabrahma or just plain music…

You really want experience freshness then this never fails, turn your eyes and turn your face into the wind. Feel it sweep along your skin in an invisible ocean of exultation. Suddenly, you know you are alive.   So I say…
