The road to Dehradun is absolutely fascinating, The landscape is plain until we cross Saharanpur. Tall Deodar trees line the terrain. there were so many pictures that I would have loved to click.
As I was clicking the scenes of Saharanpur market, I came across kids, returning from school. Their transport for the old favorite rickshaws,not the small ones, but I think these are eight seaters. The kids were totally amused by the”Videovali aunty”.
I am still not accustomed to telling the driver to stop to click pictures so I missed out two pictures that I really wish I had clicked.
· The timber mills at Saharanpur
· The cane kilns as we enter uttarnkhand.
Since the Himalayas have me hooked I will go back there definitely.
