Like I said,yesterday, my breakdown left me totally dysfunctional I lost my opportunity to participate in something that I really wanted to. Had I removed that block, which my own creation a reaction to someone else’s behaviour I could have been where I wanted to be.
There are so many times that this happens we do not feel our best and brightest, maybe what we need to do then is to let our inner light shine to the fullest. This could be because we are physical, mental and spiritual beings. We need to determine where our spiritual light is being filtered or blocked. We can work from the outside inward knowing that we are the only ones with the power to dim our lights and clear away the layers that reduces our light.
It is like a cycle, when the body is low, the mind is low, I guess the soul is also effect, I do not really understand soul, for me soul manifests as energy. So caring for myself, I know is essential, for it is like polishing. The dust that gathers, physically, the inert layer due to lack of exercise, the mind dulled by depression, they all inhibit our true illumination.
All that is required is shift in thought. This shift can be achieved by moving from complaints to gratitude, and applying the powerful light of love to any shadowy thoughts. The change in scenery can allow us to see the world in new ways too.
This change is risky and so scary and yet the same time, so beautiful, maybe the truth is it should not be easy be amazing. They everything would be. Its the things we fight form and struggle with before earning that have the greatest worth. When something is difficult to come by we’ll do that much more to make sure it’s harder – if not impossible to lose.
Once we are fee of our restrictions, we can become still and connect to the power at the centre of our being. It is always there for us, but when we forget to connect or siphon our power in too many directions we cannot make the most of our energy,. Starting from inside out may direct us to take the right steps for our journeys back to the light. But sometimes it can be difficult to find the stillness if our bodies and minds are in the way.
