ಮಿನುಗು ತಾರೆ ಕಲ್ಪನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿತ್ರಿಸಿದ ಹಾಡು. ತವರು ಮನೆಯಾದ ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಠದ ವಠರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ತೆ ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಹೂವು ಕಟ್ಟುತಿದ ನೆನಪು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಯೇ ನಾವು ಕಲಿತದ್ದು.
ಈ ಸಾರಿ ಊರಿಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಅನಂತೆಶ್ವರದ ಮಗ್ಗಲ್ಲಲಿ ಹೂವು ಮಾರುವನ ಅಂಗಡಿ, ಅಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಗೆಳತಿ ಪದ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗ್ನರು ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಸೆಳೆದ ಹೂವು ಸಿಂಗಾರ.

ಇದು ತುಳುನಾಡಅಧ್ಯಂತ ಪೂಜೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ತುರುಬು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಂಗಾರ ಹೂವು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಸಿಕೊಲ್ಲುವುದು ತುಳುನಾಡ ಮೊಕೆದ-ಸಿಂಗಾರಿಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣ.
